PF ACT> New Registration under PF Act 1952

PF ACT> Monthly Process

  • Preparing Monthly Challan Online.

  • Managing PF Eligibility Register.
  • Maintenance of all statutory registers required under PF Act.
  • Attending PF inspector for inspection of records, appearing before the concerned authorities on behalf of the employer in 7-A proceedings under EPF Act.
  • Successfully completing all audits, assessment & inspection from EPF department, when required.
  • Creation of Interest, Penalty & Damages challan of clients on timely basis
  • Providing information to client regarding any amendment/changes in the act immediately.

PF ACT> PF Withdrawals & Transfers

  • Filling up PF Withdrawl Form(Form 19 and 10-C) of employees & in getting their PF amount.
  • Filling up Transfer Claim (Form 13) of employees & helping them in transferring their PF amount from old PF account to new PF account.
  • Tracking employee's claims and informing them on timely basis

PF ACT> UAN Member Portal

  • Creating UAN - User ID & Password of all employees within prescribed time.
  • Uploading KYC details of all the employees on EPFO Website.
  • Generating Employees - Member Passbook & providing the same to Clients & employees whenever required.
  • Completing E-nomination of employees by submitting their details on EPFO website.
  • Successfully updating any changes in employees details as informed by Clients so that employees PF withdrawal process can be completed smoothly.
  • Updating employer about new amendments immediately.
